Training Times and Locations

 

Below is a list of all the coached training times we have throughout the semesters. However this doesnt stop you from arranging more group sessions via our facebook page etc.

 

All sessions will be based around your individual ability so do not worry. If you have any questions contact a member of the comittee or coaching team.

Swimming

Monday- 11:30-1pm 

2 lanes in pool A (Un-Coached)

Meet on poolside

Wednesday - 11-12am 

3 lanes in pool B

Meet on poolside

 

Friday 12-1pm

3 lanes in pool B

Meet on poolside

Tuesday- 11:30-1:30pm 

2 lanes in pool B (Un-Coached)

Meet on poolside

Thursday- 10-11:30am 

2 lanes in pool A (Un-Coached)

Meet on poolside

Cycling

 

Tuesday - 4-5pm

Spin Studio in the Gannochy Sports Centre

Meet at the studio next to the squash courts

 

Friday- 4-5pm

Spin Studio in the Gannochy Sports Centre

Meet at the studio next to the squash courts

 

*In the summer saturday sessions may be subsituted with group rides depending on the weather. Group rides can also be organised via Facebook.

 

Running

 

Monday 5-6pm

Track Run/ Run Drills

Meet in Clives Cafe in the Gannochy Sports Centre

*Shorter reps/ speed work and technique.

 

Thursday 6pm-7pm

Track Run/ Run Drills

Meet in Clives Cafe in the Gannochy Sports Centre

*Longer reps / more continous running
